March 30, 2026 – SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Spirent Federal Systems, now part of Keysight Technologies, announces the acquisition of CAST Navigation, a proven developer of high-performance positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) test solutions, with deep expertise in embedded GPS/inertial (EGI) navigation system testing.
The acquisition comes amid growing global demand for Assured PNT (APNT) solutions as defense operators face increasingly contested and degraded signal environments. Together, Spirent Federal’s global leadership in advancing resilient PNT and CAST’s specialized expertise in inertial testing will deliver high-fidelity GNSS and inertial navigation system emulation that enables thorough evaluation of APNT technology and systems.
